Anya Oulman (Ahn-ya Ohl-man) started with Turning Leaf in January 2024.
In her free time, Anya fosters for MN Pitbull Rescue, and enjoys Gardening, Camping and Baking. She is a co-owner of Cryptid Hair Parlour in NE Minneapolis, established and well-known for inclusivity and for providing a warm, welcoming, and safe space for everyone. Family includes her husband, two teenage boys, furry family members and numerous houseplants.
As a Client Service Associate, I am responsible and look forward to supporting client communication, company and client administrative & clerical duties, event planning and scheduling.
Tamar Land
Manager of Operations
Tamar Land (Tay-Mar) started with Turning Leaf in Spring 2021.
In her free time, Tamar volunteers with Pacific Venture Communities to help small black-owned businesses, develop their personal businesses (Han'ei Investments / Consulting), exploring Texas & traveling and days at the dog park.
As Director of Operations, she is responsible and looks forward to developing and implementing strategies, overseeing supply chain, monitoring compliance, leading/training/evaluating and operation maximization for the betterment of our clients.
Tristan Lehnen

Tristan Lehnen (Len-nen) started with Turning Leaf in January 2024 became a fully licensed financial advisor.
In his free time, Tristan loves all things movies, sports, and cooking. He studied Economics at the University of Minnesota and decided that instead of studying and reporting change, he would rather effect change by talking to the humans that influence the reports.
As an Advisor Associate, he is responsible and looks forward to supporting your financial planning and facilitating client meetings, investment analysis, business initiation and plan implementation.
