Tamar Land (Tay-Mar) started with Turning Leaf in Spring 2021.
In her free time, Tamar volunteers with Pacific Venture Communities to support small Black-owned businesses, works on her personal ventures (Han'ei Investments / Consulting), enjoys exploring Texas and traveling, and spends time at the dog park.
As Manager of Operations, she supports day-to-day business functions, including overseeing operational processes, coordinating workflows, and contributing to team training and development to enhance overall efficiency and client experience.
